ABB is seeking a project coordinator for Electric Preventative Maintenance projects in a remote-capable role. You will support planning, execution, and administrative tasks across workflows while maintaining contractor and customer relationships.

The position emphasizes financial oversight, scheduling, and data-driven updates to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery. A background in customer service and construction management is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, account management, or project support with proven relationship building.
• Construction project management experience is a plus for handling complex deliverables and timelines.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects and administer workflows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors; manage deliverables and schedules.
• Track financials, issue POs, process change orders, and assist in invoicing and cost quotes.
• Coordinate material orders, monitor progress via service platform, and accommodate schedule flexibility incl. weekends/nights.
