Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the U.S. Data Center Services Center of Excellence.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate high-demand projects, help ensure on-time delivery, and manage administrative tasks in a remote US setting. The role requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in project support, preferably with electrical-based projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project support experience.
• CAPM certification or PMP highly preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Electrical-based project management or project support highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work across all U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance.
• Monitor and release requests for invoicing and follow up on delays or errors.
• Support coordination of administrative tasks via email, SharePoint, and project management software.
• Meet internal and customer SLAs and maintain proactive engagement across projects.
• Assist project manager with scheduling kickoff and recurring stakeholder meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and/or administrative concerns.
• Act as backup support to project manager on weekly calls.
• Review project plans to ensure site safety and integrity topics are addressed before project start.
