Job summary

ABB is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator to support Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating with customers and contractors while monitoring financials and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. With at least 3 years in customer service or project support and familiarity with electrical/mechanical services, you will drive updates and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, account management and/or project support.
• Construction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelines.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and motivation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments with conflict resolution skills.
• Proven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects.
• Support managing and executing projects through administrative tasks.
• Define and apply basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects.
• Drive updating processes and maintain project documentation.
• Manage relationships with customers and contractors and monitor progress.
• Track financials, issue POs, process change orders, and manage invoicing.
