Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring an Account Manager to nurture relationships across a portfolio of customers in a fully remote role available in multiple U.S. states.

You will own renewals and expansions, demonstrate our EHS software, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role requires 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management, an associate degree or higher, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering.
• An associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to navigate change and collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Be a customer advocate by coordinating with Support, Onboarding and Training, and other internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on relevant customer communications, webinars, and product announcements.
• Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Deliver results by working toward renewal and expansion targets and moving accounts forward.
