EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, drive renewals, and expand revenue through strategic product implementations. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience while growing long-term partnerships.

Remote-driven role with up to 10% travel, requiring strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and results-oriented sales in a SaaS environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering experience.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

• Own your customer relationships with regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Become a product expert and demonstrate product value to customers.
• Be a customer advocate by coordinating with Support and Onboarding teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Deliver results toward renewal and expansion targets daily.
