Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers from a remote location in select U.S. states. You will renew, expand, and partner with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with 3+ years in SaaS sales or account management, plus strong relationship-building and product demonstration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering.
• Associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
