EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio remotely across select U.S. states.

You will drive renewals, expand existing accounts, and partner with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quota-bearing sales or account management, preferably SaaS, an associate degree or higher, and strong relationship-building.

Formación

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS preferred.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage an established portfolio, renewals, and expansions.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations linking product capabilities to business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Prospect opportunities within existing accounts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
