Zusammenfassung

EHS Insight seeks an Account Manager to own an established customer portfolio, renew and expand revenue, and build strong, lasting partnerships across the organization. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to ensure customer success and growth.

The role focuses on understanding customer goals, delivering value from the EHS Insight platform, and driving renewal revenue while identifying expansion opportunities. Remote work is available within selected U.S. regions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage a portfolio and hit targets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-account prioritization.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Own customer relationships and drive renewals and expansion.
• Build partnerships through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities to renew and expand existing accounts.
• Lead product demonstrations linking capabilities to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing for seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
