Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, drive renewals, and grow revenue. You’ll partner with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience while expanding product usage and value.

You will manage relationships, conduct regular reviews, and lead customer-facing demonstrations to connect EHS Insight capabilities with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-oriented with ownership of goals and portfolio.
• Strong relationships, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multi-account planning.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and drive renewals and growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews and understand customer goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead customer-facing demos linking product to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, renewal forecasts, and pipelines.
• Work with Sales for smooth handoffs and coordinated communications.
