Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers remotely within select U.S. states. You will own renewals and expansion, partnering with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to deliver value and drive revenue growth.

You will build deep customer relationships, demonstrate the product, and identify opportunities to expand our EHS platform. A strong emphasis on accountability and initiative will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering experience.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and conduct regular account reviews.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead product demonstrations connecting capabilities to business outcomes.
• Advocate for customers with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Aim to renew and expand targets with proactive management.
