Job summary

Pearson Education Sales Representative role focuses on selling digital, print, and service solutions to 2/4-year colleges across Southern California and national campuses. This remote position requires travel to campuses, a proven sales track record, and comfort with SaaS platforms.

You’ll partner with specialists and account executives to drive course adoption and program-wide solutions, while forecasting in Salesforce and supporting key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets by offering course-based solutions.
• Shift toward subscription-based materials to improve affordability and access.
• Forecast and track in Salesforce.com; collaborate with enterprise sales for adoption.
• Conduct back-to-school campaigns to boost student engagement.
• Drive sell-through with college bookstores and campuses.
