Job summary

Pearson Education Sales Specialist role focusing on selling digital, print, and service solutions to 2/4-year colleges. You will work remotely with travel across Southern California, targeting faculty with consultative SaaS-based offerings and course adoption programs.

You will track forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with account executives, and participate in an incentive plan with travel and benefits. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in higher education sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education market or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit campuses and conduct virtual campus days to connect with 15+ faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.com (OneCRM).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to drive course adoption into Inclusive Access and upsell services.
• Plan territory and adoption strategies to meet targets.
• Deliver effective tech sales presentations to faculty and provide student tech training.
