Pearson is seeking a Education Sales Specialist to drive digital, print, and service solutions to 2/4-year colleges. The role emphasizes meeting targets, campus visits, and leveraging OneCRM for forecasting, with a remote base and 50% travel to Greensboro, NC campuses.

The position offers a competitive base salary ($65,000–$75,000), uncapped incentive potential, comprehensive benefits, and extensive training. Candidates should be based in the Greensboro region and able to travel nationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related market.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile tech and business systems.

Mansioni

• Use campus visits and virtual days to connect with 15+ faculty daily.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and tracking in OneCRM/Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to drive course adoption and upsell services.
• Plan territory and adoption strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and faculty training sessions.
• Work with Customer Success to support key customers.
