Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of education programs, handling operational tasks and driving efficiency through automation. You will work across scheduling, LMS updates, contract execution, and delivery of trainings and certifications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Legal, and internal teams, with a focus on scaling programs and reducing manual work through AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience in education programs or related field.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience with Skilljar and AI tools is a plus.
Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs.
Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal involvement.
Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions.
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
