Working Solutions seeks full-time Instructors to teach virtually from home, preparing PROs for client programs. A Bachelor's degree is required and teaching experience is essential, with preference for experience teaching children.

Eligibility requires residency in listed states. The role reports to the Director of Agent Development and involves designing curricula, delivering online instruction, and assisting with scheduling and project preparation.

• US residents in AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX eligible for full-time hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design class curriculum and prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Deliver online instruction to PROs before they begin client programs.
• Prepare agents with project/client information and Working Solutions procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and retention for new projects to improve success rates.
• Provide results reporting to management and clients as requested.
