JoVE is the world-leading provider of video solutions for scientific research and education. We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive JoVE adoption at universities and colleges across the United States.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, presenting the product online and in-person to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians. We value data-driven decision making and collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success to hit targets.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel at least 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Present the product online and in-person to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
• Proactively build and maintain pipeline through emails, calls and in-person meetings.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to meet sales targets, renewals, and campaigns.
