Job summary

JoVE is seeking dedicated sales professionals to drive adoption of JoVE products at universities and colleges. This fully remote role involves owning the full sales cycle, presenting online and in-person to researchers and faculty, and building a strong pipeline through outreach.

Travel at least 2 days per week is required. You will collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to hit targets, renewals, and campaigns, leveraging your 3+ years in sales and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ~3+ years of experience in sales or related field.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in-person and online.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Present the product online and in-person to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
• Proactively build & maintain pipeline through emails, calls and in-person meetings.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
• Work effectively with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver on sales targets, renewals, team projects and campaigns.
