Job summary

Dakhila AI is seeking a proactive business development professional to own outbound and partnership conversations with schools, counselors, consultancies, and student communities. You will initiate conversations, follow up, and convert interest into demos, pilots, or ambassador programs.

Responsibilities include prioritizing partners, running multi-channel outreach, coordinating intro calls, shaping sales materials, and reporting weekly pipeline metrics to guide product feedback.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth (EdTech or college access a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize partners: high schools, independent counselors, test-prep and admissions consultancies, and student orgs.
• Run outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) with clear, respectful messaging; track leads and outcomes in a simple pipeline.
• Schedule and support intro calls or demos; gather feedback and share it with the product team.
• Help shape pitch materials, one-pagers, and light case studies from real wins.
• Collaborate on ambassador and referral initiatives where they support partnerships.
• Report weekly on pipeline, learnings, and blockers.
