Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a sales professional to sell its ed-tech staffing platform to charter schools and districts across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle—from outbound calls and pipeline generation to product demos and closing deals.

Work is fully remote, with a requirement to be based in Philadelphia, PA. You’ll collaborate with the School Success team, travel for conferences, and contribute to a fast-paced startup that values ownership, growth, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Selling Zen’s service offerings to charter and district leaders in your assigned territory
• Owning the full cycle sales process: from outbound calling, to pipeline generation, to demo delivery, to closing deals
• Collaborating with our School Success team to onboard new charter schools and school districts
• Collaborate with the school success, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve our ability to deliver value to schools
• Opportunities to travel to US states for conferences, events and school meetings
