Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to sell its education staffing platform to charter and district leaders across the United States. This full-time remote role includes travel to conferences and school meetings, with compensation from $65,000 to $95,000 USD OTE depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Zen’s service offerings to charter and district leaders in your assigned territory.
• Own the full cycle sales process: outbound calling, pipeline generation, demo delivery, closing deals.
• Collaborate with our School Success team to onboard new charter schools and districts.
• Collaborate with school success, operations, and technology teams to deliver value to schools.
• Travel to US states for conferences, events and school meetings.
