Job summary

Zen Educate in the United States is hiring a Sales Professional to drive adoption of Zen’s education staffing platform with charter and district leaders in your territory. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to closing deals, collaborating with our School Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the 70,000–100,000 USD range, with training provided and remote work available to candidates based in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or selling to K-12 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell Zen’s service offerings to charter and district leaders in your territory
• Own the full cycle sales process from outbound calling to closing deals
• Collaborate with the School Success team to onboard new charter schools and districts
• Work with school success, operations, and tech teams to deliver value to schools
• Occasionally travel to US states for conferences, events and meetings
• Adapt to the dynamic startup environment and be proactive in getting results
