Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the Western and Mountain regions from a remote location. You will prospect, demo, and close sales with university faculty, coordinating with internal teams to tailor content and secure course adoptions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• 1 year of college-level teaching experience as a tutor, lab TA, lab instructor, or lab coordinator.
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation software.
• Experience with online homework systems and/or other instructional technologies.
• Experience in instructional design.
• Experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Pipeline: build and own a faculty opportunity pipeline via outreach and campus visits; log activity in CRM.
• Presentations & Demos: deliver online and in-person demonstrations of Labflow and Spark.
• Adoptions & Closing: guide adopters through decisions and drive adoptions to close.
• Strategy & Collaboration: review pipeline health with manager and contribute to strategy; support onboarding.
