Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive for a remote, full-time role to drive adoption of Labflow and Spark among university faculty. You will build and own a pipeline, prospecting to close, and tailor demos to faculty needs.

As part of a high-performing team, you will collaborate with Faculty Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Edtech sales or support experience.
• At least 1 year of college-level teaching experience (tutor, lab TA/instructor/coordinator).
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation software.
• Experience with online homework systems and/or other instructional technologies.
• Experience in instructional design.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline generation to build a faculty opportunities pipeline.
• Deliver compelling online and in-person demonstrations of Labflow and Spark.
• Guiding adopters through the decision process and coordinating with internal teams for content and adoption requirements.
• Maintain pipeline health and progress toward targets with team collaboration.
