Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive (Remote) to drive new business with universities, instructors, and faculty, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role focuses on expanding adoption of Labflow and Spark, leveraging deep product knowledge to address faculty needs and demonstrate impact on teaching outcomes.

You will prospect, demo, and close opportunities, working with Faculty Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• Experience working with higher education faculty and decision-makers.
• Ability to engage faculty, uncover pain points, and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of faculty opportunities through outreach and campus visits.
• Deliver compelling online and in-person demonstrations of Labflow and Spark.
• Guide adopters through the decision process and coordinate with internal teams to meet adoption requirements.
• Manage pipeline health and collaborate with teammates on strategic initiatives.
