Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive for a remote, full-time role. You will drive a pipeline of faculty opportunities, conduct demonstrations of Labflow and Spark, and shepherd prospects through the decision process up to adoption. Travel to campuses is required.

You will work with a high-performing sales team, manage relationships with university faculty, and collaborate with Faculty Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• ~1 year of college-level teaching experience as a tutor, lab TA, lab instructor, or lab coordinator.
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation software.
• Experience using online homework systems or other instructional technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of faculty opportunities through outreach and campus visits.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Labflow and Spark to faculty and committees.
• Guide adopters through the decision process and coordinate with internal teams for content and adoption.
• Own the pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to plan strategic initiatives.
