Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking an early-career Account Executive for e-Discovery and Legal Services sales in Salt Lake City, UT. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and collaborate with MVP to sustain a strong pipeline.

The role requires drive, communication skills, and ability to work remotely after an initial in-person training period. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 with uncapped commission up to 16% and comprehensive benefits, plus travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Legal US authorization to work in the US
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills
• Computer and internet savvy

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for new and existing eDiscovery and Legal Services sales
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through outreach and prospecting
• Manage client relationships; issue SOWs and close deals
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet activity goals monthly and yearly
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers and stakeholders
• Attend networking events to grow business relationships
• Stay informed on trends in legal technology
