Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix to drive revenue in eDiscovery and legal services. The role targets new and existing business, with emphasis on lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management.

You will undergo a 4-week paid sales training program starting in Atlanta, GA; after training, the position is remote with in-person prospecting as needed. Travel may be required; a base salary with uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation and cold calling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage client relationships; issue SOWs and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with MVP; achieve monthly and yearly activity goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, internal and external.
• Attend networking events to grow business relationships.
• Stay informed about trends in legal technology.
