Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an e-Discovery Account Executive in Cincinnati, OH. This early-career role focuses on building revenue in eDiscovery and legal services, with heavy emphasis on lead generation and cold calling.

The position starts with a paid four-week training program, then becomes remote with some in-person appointments. Base salary is $65,000 with uncapped commissions up to 16%, and a full benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision and 401K.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
• Legal US work authorization; high school diploma or GED (degree is a plus).
• Computer and internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for new and existing business in eDiscovery and Legal Services sales.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage client relationships; issue SOWs and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with MVP and achieve monthly/yearly activity goals.
• Present to decision-makers and participate in networking events.
