Job summary

ClassLink, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to develop and nurture relationships with school districts in the Midwest, driving product adoption and long-term engagement.

You will work with the Engagement Team, Product Support, and EdSuccess to understand partner priorities, monitor district health, and renew and expand partnerships. The role requires highly organized, proactive leadership, exceptional communication, and a willingness to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in presenting in virtual environments and traveling up to 35%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; masters a plus; able to work independently.
• Proficient with Office tools and Salesforce; strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on ClassLink products and provide strategic guidance.
• Maintain relationships with current customers in the assigned territory to drive adoption.
• Conduct proactive outreach, renewals, and account reviews.
• Support partner education and product understanding; deliver demos.
• Host user group events and participate in conferences; ensure retention.
