Job summary

ClassLink is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned products. You will translate customer needs into initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to guide the lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will evaluate AI capabilities, balance technical feasibility with business value, and drive data-informed decisions across teams in a remote role with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a product or major feature area across the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver.
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines.
• Experience defining and shipping AI/ML-enabled features.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, solution design, and Agile execution from concept through release.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for high-quality delivery.
• Use customer insights and analytics to inform product decisions and strategy.
