Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in K-12 education or district leadership is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients with clear timelines and milestones.
• Own and manage a book of business, including renewals and expansions.
• Synthesize client feedback for internal teams and senior management.
• Lead renewal and upsell efforts to grow partnerships.
• Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate mitigration with internal teams.
• Build cross-functional relationships to deliver seamless client experiences.
