ClassLink is seeking an Engagement Manager to develop and nurture relationships with school partners across Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Iowa. The role emphasizes driving product adoption, health account management, and renewals, with remote work options and travel up to 35%.

You will consult with districts, deliver demonstrations, and collaborate with Product Support and EdSuccess to refine engagement strategies while upholding ClassLink’s core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role.
• Extensive knowledge of K‑12 ed‑tech marketplace.
• Experience as a technology leader for a district office.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with school partners and drive product adoption.
• Conduct annual client reviews and renewals.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on ClassLink products.
• Coordinate with Engagement Team to improve product suite and adoption.
