Job summary

Uncapped, a fintech company providing working capital, is seeking an Ecommerce Partnerships Manager to own a portfolio of high-value referral and broker relationships across ecommerce and agency ecosystems. You will source, close and negotiate partnerships while driving growth within your portfolio.

This remote role focuses on building scalable partner workflows, running regular business reviews, and collaborating with Sales, Ops, Marketing to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships, business development or channel management.
• Fintech, lending or payments exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to source, close and manage broker/referral partnerships end to end.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Self-directed with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable managing remote workflows and coordinating with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit new referral and broker partners across the ecommerce ecosystem.
• Run partner discovery, qualification and prioritisation across inbound and outbound channels.
• Negotiate partner agreements, commercial terms, incentives and co-selling arrangements.
• Onboard and operationalise each partnership through enablement and launch plans.
• Own your portfolio end to end and drive reviews focused on targets and revenue.
