Job summary

Uncapped is seeking an Embedded Partnerships Manager to lead the US embedded finance partnerships with platforms, marketplaces and payment providers. You will own portfolio segmentation, prioritise efforts by revenue potential, and personally negotiate complex integrations that scale.

The role demands close collaboration with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and unlock high-value partnerships. As the accountable owner, you will drive partner-sourced revenue, set operating rhythms for

Qualifications

7+ years in partnerships or business development owning strategic accounts end to end.
Significant fintech experience (lending, payments or embedded finance).
Proven close of large, complex deals with senior stakeholders.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering for integrations.
Strong CRM and commercial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own US embedded finance partnerships and segment/tier the portfolio.
Prioritize time based on revenue and strategic value.
Set operating rhythm for pipeline, reviews and performance standards.
Personally negotiate and close large embedded deals with senior counterparts.
Structure terms, integration scope, incentives and co-selling.
Identify new opportunities to shift the US portfolio.
Report partner-sourced revenue against the plan and align with Product/Engineering.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product for support.
