Job summary

Uncapped is seeking an Ecommerce Partnerships Manager to own a high-value portfolio of referral and broker relationships across ecommerce and agency ecosystems. You will source, close, negotiate terms and enable partnerships to drive revenue across North America and Europe.

The role requires 4+ years in partnerships or BD, with fintech or payments experience strongly preferred, and a data-driven, autonomous approach to growth. Remote work is available for the US market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of partnerships, business development or channel management with a track record of outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, lending or payments and exposure to e-commerce or brands preferred.
• Proven ability to source, close and manage partnerships end to end.
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with Sales or Ops when needed.
• Comfortable using data to prioritize, forecast and justify time investments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit new referral and broker partners aligned to growth strategy.
• Manage portfolio from first conversation to ongoing performance reviews.
• Negotiate partner agreements, terms and co-selling incentives.
• Onboard partnerships with clear launch plans and enablement.
• Define and track KPIs, run ROI analysis and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
