Uncapped, a fintech providing working capital, is hiring an Ecommerce Partnerships Manager. You will own a portfolio of high-value referral and broker relationships across ecommerce and agency ecosystems, sourcing and closing new partners, negotiating terms, and driving growth within your portfolio.

In this high-autonomy role, you will manage partnerships end-to-end, run quarterly business reviews, define KPI-friendly workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Ops to create repeatable,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships or business development with ownership of results.
• Fintech, lending, or payments experience preferred.
• Proven ability to source, close, and manage partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills.
• Data-driven with CRM and analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral and broker partners.
• Negotiate terms, incentives, and co-selling arrangements.
• Manage portfolio end-to-end from first contact to performance reviews.
• Lead regular business reviews on revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops on workflows.
