Job summary

Trulieve in the United States is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to own and optimize digital merchandising across our website and mobile app, covering multiple markets. You will lead complex pricing, promotions, and content workflows for accuracy and customer experience.

This role requires 3+ years in digital merchandising or 5+ years in a related field, with hands-on experience in Magento, AEM, and SAP. Remote work is available; frequent launches may require evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in eCommerce or digital merchandising, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
Experience independently managing digital merchandising workflows across multiple products, campaigns, locations, or markets.
Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, product taxonomy, promotional workflows, and digital QA.
Experience investigating merchandising issues, identifying root causes, coordinating cross‑functional resolution, and documenting outcomes.
Ability to interpret web analytics and turn findings into actionable merchandising recommendations.
Hands-on experience with Magento, AEM, SAP, Talon.One, GA4, or comparable platforms.
Experience in retail or regulated multi-location eCommerce environments.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed for launches/promotions.

Responsibilities

Own digital merchandising execution for assigned markets on the website and mobile app, including product setup, attributes, imagery, categorization, placement, linking, navigation, and onsite search readiness.
Independently manage complex pricing, discount, and promotional merchandising workflows; validate setup and launch timing; coordinate resolution with IT, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Retail.
Lead launch-readiness reviews for new products, back-in-stock items, campaigns, and promotions to confirm brand, content, compliance, and customer experience requirements.
Prioritize issues by customer and revenue impact; document findings; assign or elevate actions; track to resolution.
Analyze GA4, onsite search, product discovery, customer-journey, and conversion data to identify trends and suggest merchandising improvements.
Translate business priorities, calendars, and state-level inventory considerations into clear digital merchandising plans and execution requirements.
