Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to own digital merchandising across website and mobile app for assigned markets. You will manage complex pricing, promotions, and product discovery while ensuring brand, compliance, and customer experience.

You will analyze GA4 data, translate business priorities into actionable plans, and collaborate with IT, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Retail to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, business, information technology, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing digital merchandising workflows across products, campaigns, locations, or markets.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, product taxonomy, promotions workflows, and QA.
• Experience investigating merchandising issues and coordinating cross-functional resolution.
• Ability to interpret web analytics and turn findings into actionable merchandising recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Magento, AEM, SAP, Talon.One, GA4 or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own digital merchandising execution for sites and apps, including product setup, imagery, taxonomy, and navigation.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions; ensure timely setup and resolve errors with cross-functional teams.
• Lead launch-readiness reviews for products, campaigns, and market promotions.
• Maintain audit standards and track issues through resolution.
• Analyze GA4, onsite search and product discovery trends to drive improvements.
• Translate business priorities into clear merchandising plans and execution requirements.
