Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements and onboards new clients onto eBilling platforms and maintains client billing information.
• Submits electronic invoices accurately and timely per client guidelines.
• Monitors invoice status, manages rejections, reductions, and appeals to maximize recovery.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies by coordinating with attorneys, assistants, and billing teams.
• Ensures compliance with firm policies and client standards; supports internal staff on procedures.
