Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Legal E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, and electronic submissions. The role collaborates with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure accurate billing aligned with client guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of legal billing experience, with strong knowledge of electronic billing platforms and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–4+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of billing, pre-bill review, adjustments, and accounts receivable processes; ability to interpret client guidelines.

• Support full billing lifecycle from pre-bill review to final submission.
• Prepare invoices and ensure electronic submissions meet client requirements.
