Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage the complete billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals, while ensuring adherence to client guidelines and outside counsel requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of legal billing experience, plus strong Excel/Word skills and experience with electronic billing platforms and

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.
• Proficiency with Aderant or comparable legal billing software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full billing lifecycle: pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic billing submissions, appeals management, and follow-up.
• Partner with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.
• Adapt to a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with accuracy.
