Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an eBilling Specialist to manage all electronic billing for e-clients, onboard new clients to eBilling platforms, and ensure accurate, timely invoice submissions. You will work with attorneys and billing staff to resolve issues and maintain client guidelines across offices.

The role, based out of a U.S. GT office, offers remote work with reporting to the Director of Revenue Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in legal billing or eBilling.
• Experience with third‑party eBilling platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of electronic billing for e-clients and ensure timely submissions.
• Onboard new clients onto eBilling platforms and maintain client billing information.
• Monitor invoices, manage rejections and appeals, and ensure client guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, billing staff, and client representatives to resolve issues.
