Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a meticulous Legal Billing Specialist for our New Jersey office, operating in a remote capacity. You will manage end-to-end invoice preparation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and timely submissions, coordinating with attorneys, clients, and staff.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years as a Legal Biller, and proficiency with Aderant and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Biller.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with attorneys, clients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Edits Prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant based on Billing Attorney requests.
• Generates high volume of complex client invoices via Aderant.
• Ensures invoices comply with billing guidelines and supporting docs are included.
• Submits ebills via EHub with all docs.
• Addresses invoice rejections, reductions and appeals promptly.
• Responds to billing inquiries.
• Executes special projects and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Willingness to attend onsite trainings, overtime, and travel as needed.
