MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance provider recruitment, relationships, and network management across the East region. You will analyze costs, monitor performance, and ensure service levels align with client expectations.

The role is remote within the East region of the United States with up to 25% travel. EMS leadership experience and strong vendor management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations; 7+ years preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ambulance vendor recruitment and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and provider satisfaction.
• Drive cost containment initiatives and analyze transport costs.
• Ensure compliance with MTM contracts and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health for community services.
• Lead planning, revisions and client expansions.
