Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, and network management across the East region. The role focuses on delivering high service levels and analyzing transportation costs for the region.

This remote position can be located anywhere within the East region of the United States, with up to 25% travel to meet assignments and client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EMS industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or ambulance operations, dispatch, logistics or transportation.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulance recruiting lifecycle, contract onboarding and network expansion.
• Track performance metrics, costs, and provider satisfaction across the region.
• Analyze ambulance transportation costs and provide cost containment recommendations.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health to enhance community services.
• Ensure compliance with MTM standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
