Job summary

Motion Recruitment is helping a fast-growing EV/AV charging company recruit a Regional Sales Manager. This remote role is based in the New York Tri-State Area and covers the East Coast, driving business development and sales growth with distributors and manufacturer representatives.

You will manage a dynamic pipeline, lead regional strategies, and collaborate with engineering and operations to win new opportunities. 45% travel expected to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or related commercial roles.
• Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions.
• Experience working with distributors and managing manufacturer representatives.
• Willingness to travel ~45% across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities on the East Coast.
• Expand existing accounts and build new strategic customer relationships.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide forecasts using CRM data.
• Lead with distributors and manufacturer representatives to drive regional growth.
• Travel as needed to support customers and close deals.
