Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities throughout the East Coast region.
• Expand existing accounts while developing relationships with new strategic customers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report activities using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers across multiple sectors.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from outreach through contract execution and ongoing account management.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to increase regional market share.
• Provide program management support for key accounts and channel partner initiatives as needed.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for customers, industry conferences, and business development meetings.
