Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support the e-billing workflow and ensure timely submission of electronic bills. The role requires two years of electronic billing experience in professional services, with familiarity in Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, and CounselLink, including E-Billing Hub.

You will work closely with attorneys and assistants, leverage Excel for reporting, and be prepared to work overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, and CounselLink including E-Billing Hub.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), Word, and Access.
• Familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Submit estimates/accruals monthly (by deadline).
• Submit new timekeepers/rates to various e-billing vendor sites.
• Assist other team members to ensure that client and department deadlines are met.
