Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP seeks a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support fourth-quarter deadlines and manage the e-billing workflow using Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link, and E-Billing Hub.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in electronic billing within a professional services setting, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of electronic billing in a professional services environment.
• Experience in the legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with common e-billing platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Submit electronic bills and oversee the daily and monthly e-billing workflow.
• Work closely with attorneys and assistants to gather accrual information and ensure deadlines are met.
• Submit estimates and accruals monthly by the required deadlines; coordinate with the Pricing Team on rate changes.
• Support overtime when necessary to complete essential duties.
