Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Fully Remote E-Billing Specialist to support the entire billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals management. The role collaborates with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing within client guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–4 years of legal billing experience, and proficiency with electronic billing platforms and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and client-specific guidelines.
• Strong understanding of billing adjustments, appeals, and AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle from pre-bill review to invoice follow-up.
• Prepare invoices and submit electronic billing on time with accuracy.
• Manage appeals and ongoing invoice follow-up; ensure compliance with client guidelines.
